How the experiential learning program runs

These five steps apply to the ESG Professional Experiential Learning Program, which runs inside our university courses. Other programs are shaped around each group.

    Onboarding

    Each participant in the program gets platform access, tested together before the first session.

  2. 02

    Pre-read

    Introduction to ESG, GHG fundamentals and the Switch platform, shared before class.

  3. 03

    Live sessions

    Trainer led sessions where participants practise assignments on the platform and ask questions as they go.

  4. 04

    Assignments and feedback

    Assignments are completed on the platform, with individual feedback from the Switch team.

  5. 05

    Certificate

    A certificate of completion in ESG, GHG accounting and BRSR reporting, shareable on LinkedIn.

No. The track begins with GHG accounting from first principles and builds up to advanced topics like Scope 3, carbon credits, AI in ESG, and regulatory reporting standards. Motivated beginners and experienced professionals both fit.
Define a reporting boundary, build a complete emissions inventory across all scopes, calculate defensible CO₂e figures, assemble an ISO 14064-aligned GHG report, generate BRSR and ESG reports, apply AI to ESG workflows, and speak fluently about carbon credits and GHG projects.
Yes. Programs are fully customisable to suit your department's focus, participant profile, and faculty expertise. We welcome faculty participation as co-instructors or guest speakers. Register interest and our consortium will design a cohort with you.
Through our Ed Tech partner myDiksha, we have delivered four cohorts with IMI Kolkata, IMI Delhi, and Jadavpur University, including a 2nd Jadavpur cohort. Two cohorts are currently underway, Jadavpur's 3rd cohort and a new course at IIM Sirmaur, with SCIT (Symbiosis) confirmed for H2 2026 and additional institutions in active discussion.
Participants receive a joint certification from the partnering university and consortium partners upon successful completion. Programs are structured for credit transfer under India's NCrF framework.
